Service Desk Analyst

We're looking for graduates and undergraduates for the seat of Service Desk Analyst in the head office of Seregno (Milano), which will be required to:

  • Promptly answer clients requests
  • Solving issues solvable without editing software codes
  • Process service requests from clients
  • Reroute requests and issues to the right group if you can't resolve it yourself
  • Supervise and coordinate clients' service and help requests.
  • Survey exams
  • Support clients on start-up and modification of services
  • Realize the documentation for each product
  • Proactively help enhancing itmSUITE solutions.

Applicant requisites:

  • High school degree or university degree
  • Analytical, problem solving and innovation skills
  • Operational autonomy and responsibility
  • Communication skills
  • Patience and stress resistance
  • Team working
  • Fluency in English

We're looking for graduates and undergraduates for the seat of SW develop junior in the head office of Seregno (Milano), which will be required to:

  • Examine programming prerequisites for itmSUITE solutions
  • Develop and test new functionalities for itmSUITE solutions under the supervision of a Senior SW Developer
  • Fix issues and problems with itmSUITE solutions under the supervision of a Senior SW Developer
  • Realize/update technical documentation on products

Candidate prerequisites:

  • University degree
  • Analysis, innovation and problem solving skills
  • Team working
  • Fluent English

  • Examine programming prerequisites for itmSUITE solutions
  • Develop/update intervention schedules
  • Autonomously develop and test new functionalities on itmSUITE programs, eventually coordinating a team of programmers
  • Analyse and fix issues on itmSUITE solutions.
  • Actively help developing new itmSUITE solutions

Applicant prerequisites:

  • University degree
  • Well-experienced into programming technologies (J2EE or .NET Environments)
  • Analysis, problem solving and innovation skills
  • Responsibility and decision-making autonomy
  • Team working
